Don't be distracted by fake social media hero. These are your real heroes Pakistani youngsters. These doctors are after training these are most competent specialist in the world. If these Pakistan doctors can do it than why not you. Start you preparation from start of MBBS. This is not a three month's journey.

I think KPK doctor association should highlight KP Doctors issue not what is going in Punjab. For that we have Punjab doctors association. I want to highlight some issue in kpk for these association.
1) Induction issue.
2) Kppsc Mo and Specialists job issue.
3) Doctor and TMO salary issue.
4) Professional Taxes on Doctors issue.
5) Public and private partnership hospital Salary issue.
6) Increase in salary issue for TMOs.
Etc etc. The list goes on. Instead of defaming CM Punjab. We should take interest in kpk not Punjab. I want ask a question how many hospitals have been visited by health minister and kpk cm. KPK people are suffering for 11 years due to lack of health facilities.

My view on mcps exemption from part 1.
First of all. This is the great idea. I hear this idea from my senior when i was doing training.
Now the idea is to support doctors to do level 3 qualification. Now the world is changing. No body recognize Diaploma or MCPS on international level. If you want mcps and Diaploma doctors to do FCPS than first thing to do is to give Fcps part 1 exemption and 1 year training exempted to Diaploma and mcps (before or after part 1 this is an other discussion if you do part 1 before exit mcps exam 1 year training will not be exempted).
If you have given M.PHil fcps part 1 exemption than why not you own mcps degree program.
The other thing that cpsp is weakening day by day. If MOUs sign between universities and cpsp to recognize each degree. (e.g ms/md given exemption in part 1, imm and 2 yrs training and fcps are given 4 yrs exemption in md/ms training. Other way Diaploma are given 1 year exemption in mcps and fcps training. Mcps are given 1 year Diaploma training exemption and two years md/ms training exemption. If we bring universal training program by recognizing university and cpsp degrees. At the same time medical universities and cpsp work in collaboration to show the world that our institutions has maintained standard of post graduation than we can get recognition throughout the world.

CPSP is only interested in money not in standard. This is why FCPS degree has lost its worth. FCPS is unrecognised from most of the countries. Now cpsp has its duly hours from 36 hours to 72 hours.
Stress should be given to study and research Not on duty hours. Already young doctors are suffering due to financial crisis. People are doing prayed trainee on papers but they are unpaid and some are doing training on Rs 5000/month.
FCPS Part 1 fee is also increased from 15000 to 25000.
In the name debarred cpsp is charging double and triple fee of IMM and fcps part 2.
Due financial crisis doctor cannot do reasearch workshops and research work.
Now due to duly hours they cannot study.

My advise to cpsp is that don't debarred your trainees from examine. If you want debarred trainee to appear in examine just don't charge them double or triple fee. Already young doctors are suffering due to financial crisis. People are doing prayed trainee on papers but they are unpaid and some are doing training on Rs 5000/month.
FCPS Part 1 fee is also increased from 15000 to 25000.
