کو جکڑنے والی ایک رسی نما بینڈ اگر وقت پر آپریشن نہیں ہوتا تو موت واقع ہو سکتی ہے ۔
یہ آپریشن ہم نے دو ماہ پہلے کیا ماشاللہ مریض شفایاب ہو چکا ہے ۔
پیٹ میں درد کو معمولی نہ لیں یہ خطرناک ہو سکتا ہے ۔ اگر درد 2گھنے سے زیادہ رہے اور درد میں اصافہ ہو تو ڈاکٹر سے مشورہ ضرور کرلیں ۔

Nephrectomy for non functiong kidney in 2 yrs male boy .
Cause was
Congenitally obstructed at the level of uretero vesical junction . In additio there was duplication of ureters .as shown in the pick .
We did nephrectomy along with removal of double ureter UpTo pelvic brim .
Patient is fine fist post op stated on sft diet .
