Maria Azhar aged 13 year has backache with very severe pain intensity with different intervals. She felt more pain during standing , walking and other activities. She didn't even know why she feel severe backache. She has backache since she was 7. Different Doctors diagnosed her muscular spasm. But they didn't find the reason why she had that problem.
She arrived at PhysioMed Clinic .Dr Mustabeen Malik Confirmed her Diagnosis through complete physical assessment and X-Ray Report. Dr.Mustabeen herself assessed her Deeply ,She confirmed that She has Lumber straightening issues with heavy muscular spam of both shoulders ,upper back as well as low back pain plus neck pain too. Actually she has Lumbar lordosis due to postural malalignment.
Dr. Mustabeen treat her medically as well as perform proper Physical therapy treatment regularly ang gave her home plan as well to improve his quality of life. she performed her electrotherapy gave him proper exercise plan and postural correction as well on daily basis.
After two weeks pain has controlled But sometimes She feels pain after different activites.Dr Mustabeen advised him a modified treatment plan of physical therapy as well as exercise plan.

After one month She became active and no any discomfort further.

Dr.Mustabeen advised her x-ray to confirm her present condition. surprisingly She got recovered now, Her spine alignment got normal and in accurate healthy position, She became very happy and her mother too and Say Alhumdulliah!!!

3.Pfizer BioNTech (BNT162b2) COVID-19 vaccine:

The Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (INN: tozinameran), sold under the brand name Comirnaty,[3][5] is an mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccine developed by the German biotechnology company BioNTech.

4.Janssen Ad26.COV2.S COVID-19 vaccine:

The Janssen COVID-19 vaccine or Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine is a COVID-19 vaccine that was developed by Janssen Vaccines in Leiden, Netherlands,[19] and its Belgian parent company Janssen Pharmaceuticals,[20] subsidiary of American company Johnson & Johnson.
