Weight loss supplements side effects!
There days it is a trend to use weight loss pills.
The people give these products high preference just considering the fact that the weight loss pills can help them shed some pounds in a couple of days. The results of these pills, no doubt, are surprising, but more than this the weight loss pills can lead you to suffer from various health complications.

Side effects with weight loss drugs can vary depending upon the type of drug you take and how the drug works. Stimulant-type drugs like phentermine (Adipex-P) can lead to insomnia, increased blood pressure, fast heart rate, restlessness, drug dependence, abuse, and withdrawal symptoms. Drugs that interfere with fat absorption, such as orlistat (Alli), can lead to oily spotting, gas, and soft stools. Oranges are low in calories and full of nutrients, fiber, vitamin C, which can help you burn belly fat. They also promote healthy skin and lower the risk of several diseases. Oranges are very filling and have similar beneficial effects on the body as lemons and grapefruit. Orange peel juice can be used on the scalp to control dandruff. Grind the peel and use it on the scalp to remove dandruff and cleanse the scalp as well. The alternative use is boiling the orange peels in water and filter the liquid the next day to use it as a hair rinse. It will remove dandruff and help you get shiny hair.
