دنیا میں اکڑ کر چلنے والا،
اپنے آپ کو طاقت ور سمجھنے والا
دوسروں کو حقیر سمجھنے والا
دنیا پر حکومت کرنے والا
قبر میں آتے ہی اس کی حیثیت، صرف "مٹی" رہ جاتی ہے

لہٰذا انسان کو اپنی ابدی اور ہمیشہ کی زندگی کو خوبصورت اور پرسکون بنانے کے لئے ہرلمحہ فکر کرنی چاہیئے،
اللہ کو یاد کرنا چاہیئے،
ہر نیک عمل اور عبادت میں اخلاص پیدا کرنا چاہیئے
اور
خاتمہ بالخیر کی دعا کرنی چاہیئے۔۔۔!
اللہ تعالیٰ مجھے اور آپ سب کو عمل کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔۔۔آمین

What precautions you can follow to have a little/short course of this disease

Symptoms:
Fever up to 101
Mild cough
Dryness
Extreme Weakness
Body-aches
Anxiety
Lost of Smell and taste
Diarrhoea (In some cases)
Vomiting (in some cases)
Shortness of breath

Note: Everyone is experiencing different symptoms. Some people don't even show any symptoms. While a few might have only fever or aches, others can experience extreme affects like shortness of breath, anorexia, fever higher than 101.

Testing:
If you have fever, mild cough and body aches their is a high chance that u are covid positive. It is up-to you if u want to get tested or not. A better approach would be to start treating yourself as covid positive and start medication instantly.
Delays will only make things worst.

Results come in 48 hrs
Your results will be shared with punjab health department and yes they will call u and ask to visit your place. No need to panic. As long as u have your own room and private washroom. Diet:
