گردن کا درد جو سر کی طرف بڑھتا ہو
کندھے اور کمر کے اوپر والے حصے میں درد
درد کی وجہ سے گردن کو آگے کی طرف جھکا نے اور گھمانے میں رکاوٹ
بعض اوقات مریض سانس میں دشواری اور سانس پھولنے کی شکایت کرتا ہے ۔

✓✓✓Sign and Symptoms

••Neck pain, which may extend to the head causing a headache.
••Pain and restricted range of movement especially reduced cervical flexion and side flexion to the contralateral side.
••Deep, achy pain and/or tightness on the upper back along the top of the shoulder blade or neck.
••Increased muscle tone and trigger points.
••Active trigger points are more frequent in patients presenting with mechanical neck pain.
•Many individuals who experience the effects of these trigger points also complain of shortness of breath (similar to that associated with panic attacks).

••The Levator Scapulae can present with two trigger points located in the lower half of the muscle. The lower trigger point lies just above the superior angle of the scapula and the upper trigger point lies 1-3 inches above the lower trigger point.

••Trigger points in the Levator Scapulae are also commonly misdiagnosed as cervical joint dysfunction so careful cervical assessment is required for individuals that present with these symptoms.

Uterine prolapse is described in 4 stages,

Stage I – the uterus is in the upper half of the va**na
Stage II – the uterus has descended nearly to the opening of the va**na
Stage III – the uterus protrudes out of the va**na
Stage IV – the uterus is completely out of the va**na.

**SYMPTOMS**

Mild uterine prolapse is common after childbirth. It generally doesn't cause symptoms. Symptoms of moderate to severe uterine prolapse include:

1• Seeing or feeling tissue bulge out of the va**na
2•Feeling heaviness or pulling in the pelvis
3•Feeling like the bladder doesn't empty all the way when you use the bathroom
4• Problems with leaking urine, also called incontinence
5• Trouble having a bowel movement and needing to press the va**na with your fingers to help have a bowel movement
6•Feeling as if you're sitting on a small ball
6•Feeling as if you have va**nal tissue rubbing on clothing
7•Pressure or discomfort in the pelvis or low back 8•Sexual concerns, such as feeling as though the va**nal tissue is loose

Primary (idiopathic) constipation can be categorized into three main types:

•Normal-transit constipation
•Slow-transit constipation
•Pelvic floor dysfunction

✓✓✓How Physio Can Help Constipation ???

The pelvic floor muscles provide support to the pelvic organs, and control an individual’s bladder and bowel movements. During bowel movements, the pelvic floor muscles relax to allow the passage of stools. However with some people who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction, the pelvic floor muscles contract instead of relax while attempting to empty the bowels. And it is this paradoxical muscle pattern that halts the process and causes constipation.

The good news ⚡⚡ is that this poor muscle co-ordination between the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles can be treated. If you retrain your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, you can overcome constipation.

What does diastasis recti feel like?
✓Diastasis recti is not painful. You may feel pain associated with some of the side effects of diastasis, but the ab separation itself doesn't hurt. You may feel weakness in your core when doing once easy tasks, like lifting a laundry basket. Some people feel a jelly-like texture in the space between the left and right abdominals when contracting the ab muscles.

Being over 35 years old.
Having multiples (such as twins or triplets).
Having a heavy or big baby.
Being extremely petite.
Vaginal delivery. Pushing can increase abdominal pressure.

How do I test myself for diastasis recti?
✓You can test yourself for diastasis recti:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Lift your shoulders slightly off the ground, keeping one hand behind your head for support. Almost like you are doing a sit-up. Look down at your belly.
Move your other hand above your belly button area, palms down and fingers towards your toes.
Use your fingers to feel for a gap between the abs. See how many fingers can fit in the gap between your right and left abdominals.
If you feel a gap of two or more finger widths, discuss your concerns with your healthcare provider. They should confirm diastasis recti with a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate care.

Can I get diastasis recti again?
✓Yes, you can heal your diastasis recti and get it again. Your risk for diastasis recti increases the more times you are pregnant. Think of the linea alba as a rubber band that is continuously stretched. Over time, the rubber band will lose its elasticity. The linea alba may not regain its original shape or form after being stretched through multiple pregnancies.

Is it too late to fix my diastasis recti?
✓It's never too late to repair your diastasis recti. With the proper exercises, you can fix your ab separation years after you've delivered your last baby.

TYPES OF INCONTINENCE
