آج کل اکثر دیکھنے میں ملتا ہے کہ ڈاکٹرز نے کلینک میں سائن لگائے ہوتے ہیں کہ گوگل کے سوالات کا جواب نہیں دیا جائے گا، اور اگر مریض زیادہ سوال کرے تو اس پر برہم بھی ہو جاتے ہیں۔

میڈیکل ایتھکس کے مطابق ڈاکٹرز کو مریضوں کی بات سننی چاہیے، ان کے سوالات کا جواب دینا چاہیے اور انہیں اپنی صحت کے بارے میں معلومات فراہم کرنی چاہیے۔ مریض کا حق ہے کہ وہ اپنی بیماری، علاج اور ادویات کے متعلق مکمل آگاہی حاصل کرے۔ ڈاکٹرز کا فرض ہے کہ وہ مریض کو تسلی دیں، اس کے سوالات کو تحمل سے سنیں اور کسی بھی سوال پر ناراض نہ ہوں، چاہے وہ سوالات گوگل سے متعلق ہوں یا مریض کی ذاتی معلومات سے۔

اصل میں ہونا یہ چاہیے کہ ڈاکٹرز مریضوں کے سوالات کا جواب دینے کے لیے وقت نکالیں، اور اگر کوئی سوال زیادہ پیچیدہ یا غیر ضروری لگے تو اسے شفقت سے سمجھائیں، نہ کہ سختی سے۔ مریض اور ڈاکٹر کے درمیان اعتماد کا رشتہ بنانا بہت ضروری ہے اور یہ رشتہ اسی وقت قائم ہوتا ہے جب دونوں ایک دوسرے کی بات سنیں اور سمجھیں۔

Vocal nodules are small, benign growths on the vocal cords caused by vocal strain or overuse. They can lead to hoarseness, a breathy voice, and vocal fatigue. Through micro laryngoscopy, these nodules are carefully removed, allowing patients to regain their normal voice and avoid further complications.

🔊 لمبے عرصے تک اونچی آوازوں اور شور میں رہنا ہماری سماعت پر تباہ کن اثرات مرتب کر سکتا ہے۔

جب ہم مسلسل شور والے ماحول میں رہتے ہیں، جیسے کنسرٹس، کھیلوں کے مقابلے حتیٰ کہ ٹریفک ، ان سےہمارے اندرونی کان کے حسی خلیات (sensory cells)کو نقصان پہنچنے کا خطرہ بڑھ جاتا ہے۔

یہ شور عارضی یا مستقل سماعت کی کمزوری کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔

📉 مطالعات سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ 85 ڈیسیبل سے زیادہ آوازوں کے 8 گھنٹے کے شور میں رہنے سے سماعت متاثر ہو سکتی ہے ۔ زیادہ بلند آوازیں، جیسے کہ 100 ڈیسیبل سے زیادہ، 15 منٹ سے بھی کم وقت میں نقصان پہنچا سکتی ہیں۔

یہ نقصان اکثر ناقابل تلافی ہوتا ہے، بات چیت میں مشکلات پیدا کر سکتا ہے اور معیارِ زندگی پر اثر انداز ہو سکتا ہے۔

اپنی سماعت کی حفاظت کے لیے، یہ ضروری ہے کہ آپ شور والے ماحول میں کم وقت گزاریں اور شور والے مقامات پر کانوں میں ایئر پلگ پہنیں۔

سماعت کی صحت کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے حفاظتی اقدامات کلیدی کردار ادا کرتے ہیں۔

👃✨ Another successful Rhinoplasty journey of Dr. Danish Hassnain! 📸

This case was unique and presented some interesting challenges. The patient had previously undergone septoplasty, and now was dealing with supratip depression, gross external deformity, and persistent DNS.

What made this case stand out were the specific demands of the patient: "Make it look like no surgery has ever happened" and "no increase in the size of the nose." The patient and her family were understandably concerned due to past unsatisfying experience. They also did not consent to the use of cartilaginous grafts, allografts, or fillers, which added an extra layer of complexity.
We used the small septal grafts available to us and tried to achieve the patient's desires and maintain the natural look of her nose.

By the grace of God, The patient is not only fully satisfied but also feels that all her demands have been met. The pictures posted here show the journey, with images taken preoperatively and right after the splints were removed on the 10th post-op day.

We understand that the post-op pictures are not ideally clicked after rinsing the nose properly hopefully will do that when the patient visits for her follow up.

We're grateful to have been a part of this patient's journey to renewed confidence and beauty. 🙏🤗

With their exceptional skills and the aid of advanced technology, they navigated the child's delicate esophagus with precision and safely removed the ring.
The relief and gratitude in the parents' eyes were immeasurable. Their little one was now free from pain, and the golden ring was back where it belonged, shining brightly but no longer posing a threat.
This heartwarming tale underscores the significance of skilled medical professionals, who bring expertise and cutting-edge techniques to save the day. The child's smile, now free from pain and distress, is a testament to the miracles that modern medicine can achieve.
