Dastak gave us an opportunity to Relax with Art session this week.
Catharsis can have many shapes and being able to hold space for these residents is the best part of my work. When was the last time you relaxed and indulged in a new activity.

You will be guided through the basics of music therapy and by the end you'll know how to use this to help your anxiety and other difficult emotions.
