Raikou Business Cooperative is an organization that hosts foreign technical intern trainees, established in October 2024. While it is difficult to secure human resources in Japan, there are still many difficult situations in Central Asia, where the employment rate of young people is low and the living conditions such as electricity and water supply are prominent. I would like technical intern trainees to acquire advanced Japan technology and become people who will be responsible for the development of their home countries in the future. Raikou Business Cooperative also conducts a joint purchasing business for materials and a joint transportation business for products associated with automobiles, with the aim of reducing the burden on individual companies. Role of M. Raikou Business Cooperative
The union officers make use of their experience in Pakistan and the representative directors are Japan nationals, trained in Japan, and have extensive work and business experience in the aviation industry, so they can secure high- quality internships from Pakistan and India as well as Southeast Asian countries. Raikou Business Cooperative will play a role in helping technical intern trainees acquire Japan skills and use their experience inJapan for local economic development.
