Very very good morning to all
Today I was thinking I should share the health benefits of breakfast 🍳🥚🥪 as many of us skipped breakfast as we wanted to lose weight.. Does it work or not? 🤔

Skipping breakfast may lead to increased hunger throughout the day and increased eating 🙆

Breakfast boosts brain power 🧠

Breakfast fuels an empty stomach🍝

Eating breakfast not only help to meet the daily dietary requirement but also helps to cope with an issue such as indigestion, heartburn, and fatigue. 🎯

So never skip your breakfast if you want to adopt a healthy lifestyle. ✌️

سب کو بہت بہت صبح بخیر
آج میں سوچ رہی تھی کہ مجھے ناشتے کے صحت سے متعلق فوائد بتانے چاہئیں 🍳🥚🥪 ہم میں سے بہت سے لوگوں نے ناشتہ چھوڑ دیا کیونکہ ہم وزن کم کرنا چاہتے تھے.. کیا یہ کام کرتا ہے یا نہیں؟ 🤔
