Rashid Latif Medical Complex, Lahore proudly celebrates the installation of CT scanner at Arif Memorial Teaching Hospital. A 16 slice Hitachi CT scanner with automated positioning system has been installed at Arif Memorial Teaching Hospital. An inauguration ceremony was organized by Radiology Department in the hospital. The CEO, Principal and faculty members of Clinical and Basic departments graced the occasion. The ribbon was cut by the Chief Executive Officer of RLMC, Mrs. Sabahat Khan. In her address she congratulated the Radiology Department and appreciated the services rendered by the Department. She especially acknowledged the efforts of the Head of the Radiology Prof. Khawaja Khurshid Ahmad, in establishing advanced imaging facilities at RLMC/AMTH. She also mentioned that Radiology Department AMTH has shown remarkable progress under his leadership. The principal RLMC, Prof. Tahir Masood while addressing the ceremony also appraised this recent development and congratulated the whole Radiology Department. Prof. Aziz Ur Rehman, Prof. Sarfaraz Ahmad and Prof. Anjum Butt also expressed their delight and declared it an important step in better patient diagnosis and management.
Prof. Khawaja Khurshid in a short presentation, gave a brief overview of Radiology department and explained it's services , responsibilities and future plans. Moreover, he expressed that under the leadership of our CEO Mrs. Sabahat Khan,the department will continue to strive for better Health care services.
The ceremony ended with a lunch for the audience.

Free Medical Camp was organized by Rashid Latif Khan University with the collaboration of Arif Memorial Teaching Hospital, Rashid Latif Medical Complex, Hameed Latif Hospital, and Patient Welfare Club for flood affectees in South Punjab. RLKU provided 500 families with free Medicines, Food, Clothes, and Camps. Thank you RLMC and Patient Welfare Club for this initiative.
