NO BAKE MULTI SEED GRANOLA ( A Sweet Tooth For Diabetes)
Here’s the Recipe below👇🏻
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup oats
• ½ cup almonds
• ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
• 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup cranberries
• ¼ cup black raisins
• ½ cup walnuts
• ¼ cup shredded coconut
• ½ cup cashew nuts
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• ¼ tbsp vanilla essence
• 2-3 tbsp honey (or add according to taste)
Method:
• Roast oats in a pan for 5-7 minutes at low flame, stir continuously.
• In the same pan dry roast all the nuts and seeds for 5-7 minutes.
• Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl and spread the mixture on a tray.
• Refrigerate for a few hours, cut them into bars and enjoy!
