Pertrochnateric hip fracture in one of the most common fracture in old age people..

This 60 year old lady presented with the same fracture..for which a recent surgical techinique has been used and PFN (Proximal femoral nail) has been done....it is a minimal invasive surgery after which patient start weight bearing very next day if it is nicely done..ALHAMDOLILLAH
