ایک 12 سالہ لڑکا موٹر سائیکل حادثے (پیدل چلنے والا بمقابلہ موٹر سائیکل) کے بعد دائیں ران کی ہڈی کے نچلے حصے میں دراڑ (ٹرانسورس فریکچر) کے ساتھ پیش ہوا۔ یہ فریکچر کامیابی کے ساتھ ایک کم سے کم مداخلت والی جراحی تکنیک کے ذریعے TENS (ٹائٹینیم الاسٹک نیلنگ سسٹم) نیل(Nail) کے ذریعے فلوروسکوپک گائیڈنس (بذریعۂ کیمرہ) کے تحت علاج کیا گیا۔ آپریشن کے دوران فریکچر کے مقام کو کھولا نہیں گیا۔
آپریشن کے بعد مریض کو واکر کے ذریعے جزوی وزن کے ساتھ چلنے کے قابل بنایا گیا۔

یہ طریقہ کار بچوں میں ران کی ہڈی کے فریکچرز کے لیے TENS نیلنگ کی مؤثریت کو ظاہر کرتا ہے، جو استحکام فراہم کرتا ہے، نرم بافتوں کو کم نقصان پہنچاتا ہے، اور جلد چلنے پھرنے کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتا ہے۔

A 12-year-old boy presented with a transverse fracture of the right distal femur shaft following a road traffic accident (pedestrian vs. bike). The fracture was successfully treated using a minimally invasive surgical technique involving TENS (Titanium Elastic Nailing System) nails under fluoroscopic guidance. The fracture site was not opened during the procedure. Postoperatively, the patient was mobilized with partial weight-bearing using a walker.

This approach highlights the effectiveness of TENS nailing for pediatric femoral fractures, providing stability, minimizing soft tissue damage, and promoting early mobility.

66 سالہ خاتون کو ایک ماہ سے دائیں کولہے میں درد اور دائیں ٹانگ پر وزن ڈالنے میں دشواری تھی۔ ایک ماہ پہلے گھر پر گرنے کے بعد علاج کروایا گیا۔ ایکسرے میں دائیں ران کی ہڈی (نیک آف فیمر) کا غلط جُڑا ہوا فریکچر ظاہر ہوا۔ مریضہ کا کامیاب رائٹ بائی پولر ہیمی آرتھوپلاسٹی کیا گیا۔

سرجری کے اگلے دن مریضہ مکمل طور پر متحرک تھیں اور بغیر کسی دشواری کے وزن ڈال کر چل رہی تھیں۔

A 66-year-old female presented with right hip pain and inability to bear weight on her right leg for the past month following a slip and fall at home. Initial treatment was provided locally. X-ray revealed a malunited fracture of the right femoral neck. The patient underwent a successful Right Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty.

The day after surgery, the patient was fully mobile and walking with full weight-bearing.

یہ کوئی تضاد یا نفاق نہیں ہے...

ایک ایسا گناہ جس سے چھٹکارا حاصل کرنا بظاہر آسان لگتا ہے، لیکن کرنے والے کے دل پر وہ بہت بھاری ہوتا ہے۔
مثلاً:

ایک شخص جو سگریٹ پیتا ہے لیکن قرآن بھی پڑھتا ہے۔

ایک سگریٹ نوش جو نماز کا پابند ہے۔

ایک خاتون جو بے پردہ ہے لیکن سفر میں قرآن سنتی ہے اور وقتِ نماز اسدال پہن کر نماز ادا کرتی ہے۔

ایک شخص جو شدید گناہوں کا عادی ہے لیکن سردی کے موسم میں بھی غسل کر کے فجر کی نماز پڑھتا ہے۔

یہ نفاق یا تضاد نہیں، بلکہ یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے دل میں شیطان مایوسی پیدا نہیں کر سکا۔ وہ اللہ سے ہدایت اور توبہ کی امید رکھتے ہیں۔

لہٰذا، کبھی یہ نہ سوچیں کہ آپ کے کچھ گناہوں کی وجہ سے آپ اور اللہ کے درمیان تمام تعلقات ختم ہو گئے ہیں۔
اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:
"اور جو لوگ ہمارے راستے میں کوشش کرتے ہیں، ہم ضرور ان کو اپنے راستے دکھائیں گے۔"
(سورہ العنکبوت: 69)

اور فرمایا:
"اور کچھ اور لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے گناہوں کا اعتراف کیا۔ انہوں نے نیک عمل بھی کیے اور برے بھی۔ امید ہے کہ اللہ ان کی توبہ قبول کر لے۔ بے شک اللہ بخشنے والا اور مہربان ہے۔"
(سورہ التوبہ: 102)

66 years old female with both knee pain and limited daily life activities for the last 10 years, Rt knee pain more than Lt knee pain. Xray showed bilateral knee grade 04 osteoarthritis. Right total knee replacement done. Pateint is fully mobilized with full weight bearing on the same day and now stitches are removed.

12y boy, presented after with Right thigh deformity, swelling of thigh and unable to bear weight on Right leg. Right thigh bone fracture fixed with closed Intra medullary rod without opening the fracture site using Xrays. Next day pateint started walking with full weight. .
