1۔معدہ(Stomach): اس وقت ڈرا ہوتا ہے!
جب آپ صبح کا ناشتہ نہیں کرتے ۔
2۔گردے(Kidneys) اس وقت خوفزدہ ہوتے ہیں جب آپ 24 گھنٹے میں 10 گلاس پانی نہیں پیتے۔
3۔پتہ( Gall bladder )اس وقت پریشان ہوتا ہے جب آپ رات 11بجے تک سوتے نہیں اور سورج طلوع سے پہلے جاگتے نہیں ہیں ۔۔
۔4۔چھوٹی آنت(small intestines )اس وقت تکلیف محسوس کرتی ہے جب آپ ٹھنڈے مشروبات پیتے ہیں اور باسی کھانا کھاتے ہیں ۔
5۔بڑی میں آنت(Large intestine) اس وقت خوفزدہ ہوتی ہے جب زیادہ تلی ہوئی یا مصالحہ دار چیز کھاتے ہیں. 6۔پھیپھڑے ( Lungs ) اس وقت بہت تکلیف محسوس کرتے ہیں جب آپ دھواں دھول سگریٹ بیڑی سے آلودہ فضا میں سانس لیتے ہیں ۔۔۔
7۔جگر(Liver) اس وقت خوفزدہ ہوتا ہے جب آپ بھاری تلی ہوئی خوراک اور فاسٹ فوڈ کھاتے ہیں ۔ 8۔دل(Heart ) اس وقت بہت تکلیف محسوس کرتا ہے جب آپ زیادہ نمکین اور کولیسٹرول والی غذا کھاتے ہیں
9۔لبلبہ(Pancreas )لبلبہ اس وقت بہت ڈرتا ہے جب آپ کثرت سے مٹھائی کھاتے ہیں اور خاص کر جب وہ فری دستیاب ہو۔۔۔ 10۔آنکھیں (Eyes )اس وقت تنگ آ جاتی ہیں جب اندھیرے میں موبائل اور کمپیوٹر پر ان کی تیز روشنی میں کام کرتے ہیں ۔
11۔. دماغ(Brain ) اس وقت بہت دکھی ہوتا ہے جب آپ منفی negative سوچتے ہیں ۔؟۔
اپنے جسم کے اعضاء کا خیال رکھئے اور ان کو خوفزدہ مت کیجیئے۔
یاد رکھئے یہ اعضاء مارکیٹ میں دستیاب نہیں ہیں ۔۔۔
