Khud ko Pehchaano - خود کو پہچانو

Greenstar Social Marketing successfully implemented its first one-of-a-kind Youth Initiative in Punjab, Khud ko Pehchaano - خود کو پہچانو funded by the Punjab Population Innovation Fund - PPIF and the Population Welfare Department Punjab. We successfully trained 600 teachers in 30 public and Private Universities and Colleges across 9 districts on Pre-marital counselling, modern Family Planning and Gender-based Violence. The teachers further trickled the training to over 11000 male and female beneficiaries. Out of 30 institutions, 5 universities secure seed funding to disseminate the training learning to the communities, domestic staff, young students, married couples, and differentially-abled women.

Closely spaced pregnancies might not give a mother enough time to recover from pregnancy before moving on to the next. For example, pregnancy and breastfeeding can deplete your stores of nutrients, particularly folate. If you become pregnant before replacing those stores, it could affect your health or your baby's health. Inflammation of the ge***al tract that develops during pregnancy and doesn't completely heal before the next pregnancy could also play a role.
