In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a complex series of procedures used to help with fertility or prevent genetic problems and assist with the conception of a child.

During IVF, mature eggs are collected (retrieved) from ovaries and fertilized by s***m in a lab. Then the fertilized egg (embryo) or eggs (embryos) are transferred to a uterus. One full cycle of IVF takes about three weeks. Sometimes these steps are split into different parts and the process can take longer.

⚛️Fallopian tube damage or blockage
⚛️Ovulation disorders
⚛️Endometriosis
⚛️Uterine fibroids
⚛️Previous tubal sterilization or removal
⚛️Impaired s***m production or function
⚛️Unexplained infertility
⚛️A genetic disorder

Is IUI or IVF painful ⁉️

Intrauterine insemination or IUI is a non-invasive and much painless procedure. Doctors sometimes conduct this process without any prior medications and in the “natural cycle.” A woman in this procedure ovulates naturally, and the doctor places the s***m in the uterus at that time. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

🔺delta variant is mainly PCR negative. The individual is mainly asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic.

〽️The changes in the lungs occur gradually.

When most of the lungs are affected, the patient becomes breathless & dies within few hours.

🛑symptoms🛑

➖Infected people do not cough or have fever. "This time the symptoms are joint pain, weakness, loss of appetite"; As a result, the mortality rate is higher, the time to reach critical is shorter, and sometimes there are no symptoms, so be careful. ➖The strain does not harbor in our nasopharynx region, so there are no longer prodromal symptoms such as loss of smell or taste.
➖It attacks the lungs directly, shortening the time of onset. In many patients who do not have fever, X-rays show: moderate chest pneumonia. Nasal mucosal sieve tests often show COVID 19 negative, ➖(COVID19) means that the virus spreads directly to the lungs, causing acute respiratory distress (hypoxia) from viral pneumonia.
🔺This explains why it has become so much more acute and deadly, and fever may have turned severe.

💠Please note💠
"Avoid crowded places,"
"Keep a social distance",
"Wear a mask"
"Always wash your hands with hand sanitizer or soap."

This epidemic will be several times more deadly than the last one, and we must be more cautious and "never neglect it."
Remember! Please forward to relatives and friends, be sure to double good epidemic prevention.

〽️Baby initial movements respective to their weekly development inside the womb

If you’re in your 16 week of pregnancy you might start feeling this sensations

❇️QUICKENING
16–25 weeks

—You should feel your baby's first movements, called "quickening," between weeks 16 and 25 of your pregnancy.

If this is your first pregnancy, you may not feel your baby move until closer to 25 weeks. By the second pregnancy, some women start to feel movements as early as 13 weeks.

—Quickening often feels like twinges, flutters, or bubbles. Rose says that many first-time mothers confuse fetal movements for gas. As your pregnancy develops, the movements will become more pronounced – and they might resemble (painless) kicks or punches by the third trimester.

❇️KICKS
18–25 weeks

—The fetal movements you feel are an indication that your baby is growing both in size and strength. Research, including this 2016 study , shows that pregnant people can be highly attuned to their baby's activity, including: frequency of movement

❇️HICCUPS
18–24 weeks

—Yes, baby hiccups in the womb are totally normal. Many pregnant women feel them, and baby hiccups can even be observed on an ultrasound. Your baby may have started hiccupping late in the first trimester or early in the second, although you wouldn't have felt them that early.

❇️POKES
29 weeks

—Poking through
With the growth of your baby, you will be able to see your baby’s body parts like its hands and feet through your belly! Pay attention next time.

—when you poke your belly your baby press back.

❇️JABS
36 weeks

—You may notice gentle kicks and jabs. As the weeks go by, you'll gradually feel stronger and more frequent movements, and you'll come to recognize your baby's unique pattern of activity. If you don't feel your baby moving by 22 weeks, tell your doctor or midwife.

Diagnosing cervical radiculopathy ⚡️

🗯 If the patient’s arm pain is worse than their neck pain, their symptoms increase when ironing and decrease by walking with their hand in their pocket, this increases the likelihood of cervical radiculopathy.

A new study looked at how we clinicians can diagnose cervical radiculopathy 🔍

The information from this study should help clinicians make better clinical decisions, I really recommend you read it.

⚠️ In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a complex series of procedures used to help with fertility or prevent genetic problems and assist with the conception of a child.

〽️During IVF , mature eggs are collected (retrieved) from ovaries and fertilized by s***m in a lab 🧫

⁉️ There is no difference between IVF and test tube baby. The term test tube baby is a non-medical term used decades ago while referring to IVF or In-Vitro Fertilisation.

❗️The term test tube baby came into being because of the general idea that an embryo is formed in a test tube instead of the woman's Fallopian tube. 🔅

⚠️ IVF babies seem to be just as healthy as naturally conceived babies though there is evidence of certain disparities that require further research.

‼️ Advancing maternal age is associated with riskier pregnancies. “The population of people who need IVF may add special contributing factors to the risk of death during their pregnancy,” he says. Multiple pregnancies are more likely as a result of IVF, which also increases risks to moms and babies 👶

✴️Here a quick anatomy of the c-section you’re planning.

〽️The layers are described in the order to finally reach to the baby and which layer is cut horizontally and which is vertically.
The order of the layers are
1️⃣Skin
2️⃣Fat
3️⃣Fascia
4️⃣Abdominal muscle
5️⃣Peritoneum
6️⃣Uterus
7️⃣Amniotic sac

All these layers cut horizontally except for the peritoneum that is vertically cut because of the thin layer that is transparent.
