It is a foundation set to help women, orphans, differently able and transgenders earn on their own and become independent in the society.

We’re proud to announce the successful Inauguration of the Polio Campaign & Walk, organized by Sarfraz Health Clinic and Meri Pehchan Welfare Foundation in collaboration with the Punjab District Health Lahore.

The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of eradicating polio and ensuring a healthier, safer future for our children.
