Indication: Obstructive jaundice/ Malignant stricture at the level of Common hepatic duct???

Report:
Ampulla was identified. Selective CBD cannulation done in first attempt, guide wire maintained and dye injected which showed a tight stricture at the level of Common hepatic duct at the level of confluence of Right and left hepatic ducts. Two guide wires maintained, one in the right hepatic duct and other in the left hepatic duct. Cytology brushing done of the stricture. A Plastic stent of 10 Fr by 10 cm passed in the right hepatic system while a plastic stent of 7Fr by 7 cm passed in the left hepatic system. Free flow of bile seen from both stents.
