• Positive changes are brought in the unjust social, economic and cultural attitude for men, women, and children and generally for all citizens in the background of global warming.
• Awareness about environment especially on fundamental rights.
• Capabilities would be developed of rural community, civil society organization and various stake holders work effectively and efficiently to promote environment. VISION:
• HRSC aims for peace, justice, equality, harmony, prosperity and moral education, to empower neglected and insecure citizens of the world. MISSION:
• HRSC will work closely with the vulnerable peoples, to build their capacities and advocate their issues, policy level, inalienable victims of Blasphemy, Bonded Labor, Rape and Abduction in Extremist Regimes, to make world better place to live in for every citizen. AIMS AND OBJECTS:
• HRSC has wide range of projects, in order to improve and develop the society with its Motto, “LIFE KNOWLEDGE” and Life for Healthy Society and “KNOWLEDGE” for qualifies educated society and enhance other planning to repudiate the curse of society. The vision is to realize an individuals, groups, institutions and media, Capacity Building, Poverty Elevation, Resources, Environment, Gender Development, Community Development, Policy making, Fundamental and Human Rights etc. the further aims and objects for which the Association is going to establish are given as under:
(a) Advocacy on community issues to promote fundamental and social rights for all citizens of whole world. (b) Capacity building of the particularly youth, women and generally to citizens on active citizenship, entrepreneurship, gender. (c) To increase role of women in producing, managing and conservation of energy through working along with various national and international energy development projects. (d) To train youth over family laws such as “Contract of Marriage”, “Dissolution of Marriage”, so that the couples may create their mutual understandings over upcoming relationship. (e) To look into the way to ease senior citizens. (f) To publish positive “Empowerment Creative Integration” (ECI) material to promote positive interaction with citizens. (g) Conducting Seminars in “Educational Institutions” regarding the “Environmental Issues”. (h) Organizing Trainings and Seminars to create awareness among the people for their fundamental and human rights. (i) To secure, receive, accept and manage funds, donations, grants endowments and any other moveable or immoveable properties from lawful sources in the whole world, and to utilize them for the subject to approval of competent authority. (j) The Council/ Association shall confine its activities only to objects of the Association as set forth in the “Memorandum of Association are income and property of the association from whatever source derived shall be applied solely towards the promoting the aims and objects the association and no portion whereof shall be paid by where dividend profit, bonus to any member, office bearer of the association responsibility of the Office Bearer and the member concerned of the Council. (k) HRSC shall be run on non-political, non-commercial and non-religious basis. (l) The promoters/ subscribers of Association shall not be paid employee of this Association and also would not be paid employee any manner. (m) HRSC will strive to establish harmony, solidarity and legal / human rights awareness among the people through the means of education, seminars, lectures, symposium, training, workshops, mass media and print media. (n) HRSC will eradicate injustice from the society and provide measures of justice through legal advices and counsels. To work for legal empowerment of general masses and particularly the impoverished segments of society like women, children, refugees, prisoners and laborers/workers and general public affected by natural disasters, i.e. earthquake, floods and accidents, etc. (o) HRSC will establish child care centers in order to provide formal, informal and technical education to the neglected and poor children. (p) HRSC will provide moral support to the plight of juvenile prisoners detained at various jails throughout the country, and will struggle to eliminate child labor. (q) HRSC will create awareness about the basic fundamental human rights guided by the UN Resolutions for upholding human rights and bring awareness to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. (r) HRSC will create awareness among the educated, intellectuals, academia, judiciary, administration and law enforcement about the international legal instruments governing human rights, rights of refugees and internally displaced persons. (s) HRSC will work for law reforms where any law is found to be unfair or discriminatory. To augment advocacy campaign for legislation in the areas where there is lack of laws to deal with the issues relating to human rights. (t) HRSC will routinely visit jails throughout Pakistan and asses the facilities provided to the prisoners and provide them free legal aid. (u) HRSC will provide “free legal aid” services to the refugees, internal displaced persons and “asylum seekers” in different Courts of Law in Pakistan. (v) HRSC will struggle to suggest preventive measures, safety purposes and policy recommendation against HIV AIDS and HEPATITIS through awareness by print and mass media campaign. (w) HRSC will manage the crisis centers established by the Government and provide human life facilities to the residents. (x) HRSC will struggle for protection of lives, honour and properties of all citizens. (y) HRSC will work for alternative dispute resolution between the citizens. (z) HRSC will struggle to eradicate cruelty, terrorism, poverty, ignorance، and discrimination from the world

The name of the Association shall be as:-
“HUMAN RIGHTS SUPREMACY COUNCIL (HRSC) PAKISTAN”
Hereinafter called the Association. ADDRESS OF THE SOCIETY:-

NATURE OF THE ASSOCIATION:
The Association shall be run on Non-Sectarian, Non-Commercial, Non-
Political and Non-Religious nature, and purely on charitable basis. MEMBERSHIP:-
The Membership of the Association shall be opened to those matures, well educated possessing sound mind, good moral character, who are interested and willing to work for propagate and uplift of the Association and other benevolent etc. and Promises to abide by Rules and Regulations, / Articles of the Association and subject to the approval of the Managing Committee he/ she:-
(a) Promise to abide by the all Rules and Regulations of the Association. (b) Pay “Admission Fees” of Rs. 1000/= (Rupees One Thousand only) and “Annual Subscription Fees” of Rs. 1000/= (Rupees One Thousand only). (c) If approved and considered by the Managing Committee. (d) The Executive Committee shall have the right to admit any person as an “Honorary Member” if may deem fit. MANAGING COMMITTEE:-

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:-
PRESIDENT:-
HE will supervise, look after and manage all affairs and will be responsible for the entire working and Management of the Association and its Finance. HE will preside over all the Meetings/ Executive Committee of the Association. HE will however authorized to any or all of his powers to the General Secretary. HE will have the power of casting vote in case of equality of votes. CONDUCT all correspondence on behalf of the Association. CONDUCT all working, maintain the office and carry out all Executive Work of the Association. PERFORM all other allied and necessary duties required for day-to-day “Administration of the Association”. VICE PRESIDENT:-
HE will preside any meeting in the absence of the President or when authorized by the President, shall officiate for him during his absence and will exercise the same practice of the President. GENERAL SECRETARY:-
HE will maintain a Register of Members. KEEP record of all meetings and proceedings of the Executive Committee and the Association. CALL meetings of the Executive Committee and the Association, in consultation with the President. CIRCULATE notices and agenda of all meetings to the members. PREPARE the “Annual Report”. KEEP with him/her a sum of Rs. 1000/= as imp rest money for incidental miscellaneous expenditure of the Association. JOINT SECRETARY:-
HE/SHE will assist the General Secretary and in the absence of General Secretary all his/her duties will be perform by the Joint Secretary or any other duties will be given to him/her by the General Secretary. TREASURER/ FINANCE SECRETARY:-
HE/SHE will maintain the “Register of Accounts of the Income and Expenditure” of the Association. HE/SHE will prepare the Annual Report of Audit Balance Sheet. INFORMATION SECRETARY:-
ALL the information, publication matters of the Association will be performed by him/her just under the decisions of the Executive Committee or under the instructions of the President and General Secretary. OFFICE SECRETARY:-
HE/SHE will keep and maintain the office(s) and its articles/ fixtures and furniture and other relevant office matters of the Association under his/her supervision and as per the decision of the Executive Committee and instructions of the General Secretary. MEMBERS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:-
THE Members of Executive Committee will provide the suggestions and advises about the matters and decisions of the Organization, which may be accepted by the Managing/ Executive Committee and may be approved in General Body Meetings. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETINGS:-
THE Executive Committee meeting shall be held once in the three (3) months. The quorum for Executive Committee Meeting shall be 2/3rd provided that no quorum shall be necessary for an adjourned meeting. ELECTIONS:-
THE Election for Office Bearers and Members of Managing Committee may be held after every two years within two months of the expiry of the term of financial year within two months if suspended. THE General Body will elect the same or new Managing Committee Members/ Office Bearers in the General Body Meeting held at a special date with such notice being pin up on the “Notice Board” in the premises office of the Association. BANK ACCOUNTS:-
THE Bank Account of the Association shall be operated jointly by the PRESIDENT, GTENERAL SECRETARY and TREASURER/ FINANCE SECRETAARY, their signatures and the cheque may be got en-cashed with the signatures of only two persons out of three, including the TREASURER/ FINANCE SECRETAARY. FUNCTIONS OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:-
THE Functions of the Executive Committee shall be:-
TO collect and control the entire Management of the Association. IN fraise such rules as may be necessary for the efficient working of the Association. TO fill up any casual vacancy in the Executive Committee. OFFICIAL YEAR:-
THE Official Year of the Association shall be just according to the Financial Year. CASTING OF VOTES:-
ALL the decisions of the Association shall be made by the majority of votes. The vote shall be caste by secret ballet. Members in papers shall not be entitled to caste votes. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION:-
The Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held one a year in the coming June, every calendar month. In consider and pass the statements of Accounts for the previous year. Whenever due to eject the Office Bearers of the Society. In consider the Report of the General Secretary. To discuss any matter that may be noticed by the President or any other Member of the Association. QUORAUM FOR THE GENERAL MEETING:-
• The quorum for the General Body Meeting shall be 2/3rd of the total numbers of the members of the roll.
• The Executive Committee shall be authorized to call an extra ordinary meeting of the Association for any purpose on a written requisition duly signed by not less than 2/3 members of on the roll. NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING OF BODY:-
• Fifteen days notice specifying the time, date of the General Body Meeting shall be given with the Agenda and a copy of the Statement of Accounts for the year. PROCEDURE OF THE MEETING:-
• The President shall preside all the meetings of the Executive Committee and the Association. In case the President is not present within half an hour of the specific time given in the notice, the Vice President shall preside. In the meeting any matter duly proposed by the President for the meeting and exercise or caste vote in case of equality of votes, all matters shall be decided in a meeting by majority of votes, show of hands. EXPELSION OF OFFICE BEARERS AND MEMBERS:-
• Nonpayment of Subscription Fee up to 30 days after due date, the General Secretary will issue notice to all members who are in arrears prior to due date. A second notice of 30 days will be given all the expiry of the first notice period. If the dues are not cleared as per second notice, the persons concerned will be expelled.
• If the activity of any member is considered by the Executive Committee to inimical and anti to the aims and objects of the Association, the General Body may expel such member if decided by 2/3rd majority of the members present in the meeting specially called for. Full opportunity would be given to such member office bearer for the defense before the General Body in person or in written. The decision shall not challengeable before any forum or Court of Law.
• If a member fails to attend three consecutive meetings without prior information, with justification his membership may be suspended as well as cancelled by the decision of the General Body. RESIGNATION:-
• Any member may of his own accord, may terminate his membership by sending his/ her resignation in writing to the General Secretary or President. RESTORATION OF MEMBERSHIP:-
• The Managing Committee may restore membership of any person on written request for the person with approval of Managing Committee by majority of votes as well as with the approval of the President, whose membership has been suspended only not cancelled. LIABILITIES AND ASSETS OF ASSOCIATION
• All liabilities and assets of the Association shall vest in the Association and shall not deemed to be the property of any member or office bearer of the Association, and for the benefits of the Association, the Managing Committee of the Association just by majority of 2/3rd will be fully entitled to purchase or to sell out any property or assets of the Association. All assets, properties of the foundation may be sold out or may be purchased for Foundation by joint signatures of President and General Secretary. AUDIT
• ALL the accounts check and balance of the Association shall be audited from the concerned charted accountant every year regularly. AMENDMENT IN CONSTITUTION
• Any amendments, insertions, addition and alterations in the articles and Memorandum of the Association shall be made by a simple majority of votes in a extra ordinary meeting of the General Body of the Association as and when required or directed the Government. WINDING UP
• THE Association may dissolve in accordance with Rules and Regulations of the Societies Act-1860 with its Section.
• IF 2/3rd members of the Association decide in a General Body meeting called for the purpose of dissolve the Association they may do so, on winding up the Association and assets of the Association shall be transferred to any other association established under the Societies Registration Act-1860 having similar aims and objects and the funds and properties of the Association will not be distributed amongst the members.
• THE Association may affiliate other body’s related agriculture, subject to the approval Managing Committee.
