دنیا دیکھ رہی ہے کہ اب تک پاکستان نے ایک ذمہ دار اور امن پسند ریاست کے طور پر جواب دیا ہے۔ جبکہ مسلسل اشتعال انگیز کاروائیاں یہ ظاہر کرتی ہیں کہ ہندوستان اس خطے کی کروڑوں انسانوں کی زندگیوں سے کھیلنا چاہتا ہے۔ کون بڑا ہے یا کون چھوٹا ۔۔۔ایٹمی صلاحیت کے بعد یہ سوال معانی نہیں رکھتا۔ جنگ مذاق یا جذبات نہیں ہے۔ لیکن بھارت کا جنگی جنون ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ وہ امن نہیں چاہتا۔ اب تمام تر صورتحال کا ذمہ دار بھی بھارت ہی ہو گا۔
