‏مکان بنانے والے مستری مزدور اٙن پڑھ کار ، بائک ٹھیک کرنے والے اٙن پڑھ گھر میں بجلی کی وائرنگ کروانی ہو یا ایک سوئچ لگوانا ہو تو اٙن پڑھ سے مکان رنگ روغن کروانا ہو تو اٙن پڑھ گھر کی ٹی وی ، واشنگ مشین ، استری وغیرہ ٹھیک کروانی ہو تو اٙن پڑھ شیو ، بال کٹوانے کے لیے اٙن پڑھ ‏شادی بیاہ پے کھانے پکوانے ہوں تو اٙن پڑھ
لکھی ہوئی لِسٹ میں اکثریت انہی کی تعداد ہے جنہوں نے سکول کا منہ بھی نہیں دیکھا ہوا۔اس ملک و نظام کا بیڑہ غرق اٙن پڑھ نے نہیں تعلیم یافتہ نے کیا،بچپن سے سنتے اور دیکھتے آ رہے ہیں ترقی کے لیے تعلیم بڑی ضروری ہے آج گھر گھر محلے محلے سکول و کالج کھلے ہیں مگر آج معاشرے و نظام کی حالت چالیس سال پہلے سے بدتر سے بدتر ہے کیوں؟
اٙن پڑھ جن کا ذکر پہلے کر چکا ہوں آپ کو ذلیل نہیں کرے گا مگر آپ جب کسی بنک ، دفتر ، تھانہ ، کچہری جائیں وہاں ڈگری ہولڈر لوگ ہوتے ہیں جو اپنا فرض تو نبھا نہیں سکتا الٹا لوگوں کو ذلیل کرتے رہتے ہیں فیصلہ آپ خود کریں ۔ کہ اس ملک کے نظام کو تباہ ان پڑھ نے نہیں بلکہ تعلیم یافتہ لوگوں نے کیا.... ؟ تعلیم ضروری ہے بہت ضروری لیکن کسی کو ذلیل کرنے یا نیچا دکھانے کے لیئے نہیں بلکے انسانیت کی عزت کے لیئے ضروری ہے.

●Coarctation of the aorta (CoA) refers to a narrowing of the aortic lumen.
▪︎The figure 3 sign is seen in aortic coarctation and is formed by prestenotic dilatation of the aortic arch and left subclavian artery, indentation at the coarctation site (also known as the "tuck"), and post-stenotic dilatation of the descending aorta.
▪︎Coarctations account for between 5-8% of all congenital heart defects

●CLINICAL PRESENTATION
▪︎Varies accordingly to the degree of stenosis and the associated abnormalities. Patients may be asymptomatic in a setting of non-severe stenosis.

▪︎Children and adults can present with angina pectoris and leg claudication. On clinical examination, diminished femoral pulses and differential blood pressure between upper and lower extremities may be noted.

●COMPLICATIONS
▪︎subarachnoid hemorrhage from a ruptured berry aneurysm
▪︎aortic dissection
▪︎infective endocarditis: in the context of an added infective insult
▪︎mycotic aneurysm: in the context of an added infective insult
