Dental health and kidney health are linked. Kidney disease leads to certain changes in oral health, and poor oral health, in turn, leads to poor kidney health, and contributes, indirectly, to the progrression of kidney disease.

In Pakistan, dental health has special place on the list of things that our people choose to ignore—a poor choice that one day traps the patient in a pit full of illnesses.
