First, eating too quickly or consuming large amounts of food can stretch the stomach and lead to bloating. It's important to pace yourself during iftar and take breaks to let your body digest.

Second, high-fat and high-sugar foods can also cause bloating as they take longer to digest. Try to balance your iftar meal with plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates.
