🚨 We Are Hiring! Senior Veterinary Doctor 🚨

📍 Role Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Veterinary Doctor to manage an established dairy of Australian Holstein Friesian cows, located in District Kasur (20 minutes from the city) with a well-designed infrastructure.

🎓 Qualification:
DVM or higher degree in Veterinary Sciences from a reputed university.

💼 Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the dairy farm sector.

📝 Responsibilities:
• 🩺 Examine animals and check their health status.
• 🔍 Diagnose illnesses early and provide timely treatment.
• 💉 Perform surgeries, vaccinations, and health checks.
• 🩹 Dress wounds of injured animals.
• 📊 Maintain animal health records (soft and hard form).
• 📈 Group animals by production and health.
• 🥗 Plan balanced nutrition and feeding per animal group.
• 🧂 Maintain feed stock and prepare feed.
• 🧼 Ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• 🐄 Supervise milking using best practices and hygiene.
• 💊 Manage medicines, vaccines, and semen timely.
• 🥛 Ensure high-quality, impurity-free milk.
• 🛠️ Maintain equipment/tools/assets in good condition.
• 🤝 Coordinate for preventive measures and smooth farm operations.

🧠 Skills:
• 🗣️ Excellent communication with the ability to simplify medical terms.
• 🏥 Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures.
• 👷 Labour management.
• 🧘 Conflict management.
• 📄 Report writing.
• 🧩 Problem solving.
