People skip rice, roti, bread, and every grain during weight loss. You don't have to skip anything. All these have carbohydrates and carb is the major fuel source of the body. The key is portion control and caloric 4 only then you can achieve weight loss. 2/3c rice is equal to 1 normal size home roti.
Note: The quantity varies for every individual.

Do you guys know a tikki pack biscuit equals 1 serving of roti (30g~6 inches)? It means you either eat 1 6-inch chapati or a Tikki pack biscuit you will have nearly the same calories but it gives added sugar and is purely energy-dense.
And guess what you can take biscuits while being on a diet and lose weight if you are eating in a caloric deficit. SO ENJOY CHAA BISSCOOT.

Inflammation is extremely common in PCOS. It can cause swelling, fatigue, insomnia, moon-like face and joint pain. Inflammation can be managed well di taken care of a few things. Here are some ways you can lower your inflammation.

✅️ Manage your stress
✅️ Get sufficient sleep 8-9 hours
✅️ Eat fiber-rich foods
✅️ Yoga and Meditation
✅️ Exercise 3-5 times per week.
