We aim to become one of the largest egg producers in Pakistan, and to achieve this, we take pride in embracing responsible farming principles and providing state-of-the-art bird rearing and production facilities. With a capacity of 2.4 million pullets rearing annually and production of over one million eggs daily, we are among the top players in the industry. Our rearing farms are equipped with the latest machinery and technology from world-renowned companies like Facco and Valli, originating in Italy. We have built state-of-the-art layer rearing farms in two different regions, one near Lahore at Pattoki and the other in Chakwal. Day-old layer chicks are placed in these farms for 14 weeks under experienced veterinary support. At the age of 14 weeks, these birds are moved from the rearing farms to our modern layer production facilities in isolated areas in Pattoki and Chakwal. To ensure the quality of our eggs, we have installed egg grading machines at all facilities, supplied by industry leader Moba. Every single egg is examined and checked for cracks, size, and uniformity before being packed and dispatched to the market. We also produce nutritionally enhanced eggs that incorporate numerous health-promoting components such as Omega 3, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, DHA, and Selenium. Customized packaging of 6, 12, 30, 90, 180, and 360 eggs are designed as per local and international market requirements. To provide a balanced and nutritional diet for our birds, we are installing a feed mill equipped with modern hi-technology pellet lines from Bühler, Switzerland. Noor Poultry has also planned to establish R&D farms and international standards certified laboratories to examine raw materials for feed production.
