Our brilliant second-semester students from Rashid Latif College of Physical Therapy secured 1st Position at the RLKU Ijaad Entrepreneurial Festival 2.0! 🎉🔥

Their innovative project “Green Spine – Smart Posture Plant” stood out among 50+ entrepreneurial ventures, showcasing creativity, problem solving, and a vision for a healthier future. 🌱💡

The team presented a thoughtful solution for posture correction with an impressive research-backed model and outstanding presentation skills.

We are incredibly proud of our young innovators for representing RLCPT with excellence and proving that great ideas don’t wait for senior years — they start now. 👏💙

🌟 Alumni Success Story | RLCPT

Dr. Muhammad Asif, graduate of Rashid Latif College of Physical Therapy (Batch 2013–2018), is an outstanding example of academic excellence, professional growth, and global achievement. 🎓🌍

During his DPT program, he earned the prestigious PEEF Scholarship, recognizing his dedication and merit. After graduation, he gained elite clinical experience with the Multan Sultans, followed by advanced practice at Physiogic, and later established his own successful venture, Well Versed Physio. 🏏

Driven by a passion to advance in sports and neurological physical therapy, Dr. Asif secured the highly competitive Erasmus Scholarship and moved to Germany in 2024 to pursue his Master’s degree. 🇩🇪✨

His commitment to excellence continued abroad, where he achieved C1 proficiency in German and obtained his physiotherapy licensure to practice in Germany. Today, he is dedicated to serving communities in both Germany and Pakistan with enhanced expertise and a global perspective. 🇵🇰🤝🇩🇪

🌍 Global Recognition

Dr. Maira represented Pakistan at the World Physiotherapy Congress 2025 in Tokyo, Japan, where she delivered a scientific paper presentation as one of only three fully funded delegates from Pakistan — a prestigious honor.

She is also the first Pakistani to become an Associate Member of the International Neurological Physical Therapy Association (INPTA), New Zealand, highlighting her impact on the global physical therapy community. 🇳🇿

Meet Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Tahir, a proud graduate of Rashid Latif College of Physical Therapy, who completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from RLCPT, Lahore, before pursuing a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from Teesside University, UK in July 2024. 🇬🇧✨

He is currently working as a Sports Physiotherapist in the UK, gaining experience with:
🏅 Middlesbrough Rugby Club
🏅 Teesside University MDT
🏅 Painkiller Physiotherapy Center
🏅 Services Hospital, Lahore

His expertise includes MSK rehabilitation, manual therapy, post-operative care, and sports injury management. He is also HCPC registered, a CSP member, and certified in Dry Needling and Kinesiology Taping. 🌍

Dr. Wajiha Amir (Batch 2014–2019), a proud graduate of Rashid Latif College of Physical Therapy, completed the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Lahore, Pakistan, and went on to earn a Master’s in Physical Activity and Health (Exercise Physiology) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway. 🇳🇴✨

She is currently working as a Therapist in Norway, gaining international experience in clinical practice and advancing her expertise in physical therapy. Alongside her professional work, she is preparing for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) to further enhance her global credentials. 🌍🎓
