شرین یا شرینہہ کا درخت مجھے بہت پسند ہے. بچپن کی یادیں جڑی ہیں. تب انت کی خاموشی ہوا کرتی.. ہوا کا کہیں سے جھونکا آتا تو شرینہہ کے درخت کے پتے ایک دوسرے سے یوں ٹکراتے کہ جیسے شریر بچوں کی طرح تالیاں بجا رہے ہوں بیجوں کی کھنک نمایاں سنائی دیتی.
معلومات یہ ملی ہیں کہ عربی میں اسے سلطان الاشجار بھی کہا جاتا ہے اور انگریزی میں یوں تو اس کا نام ہے...
