While in Gawalmandi, Mian Sharif lived with his six brothers in a few-marla house in a side street and struggled to survive; their current Jatti Umra Estate is spread over 175 acres of prime flat land with the Canal running in front of it.

سن 2009 میں، ادارہ قومی تشخص کے بانیِ صدر اور بانی کارڈیکس کلینیک و ھسپتال ڈاکٹر اختر علی، انٹرنیشنل فیملی فزیشن کانفرنس کے مہمانِ خصوصی، جناب عمران احمد خان نیازی کو پاکستان کا امتیازی نشان، جناح کیپ پہنا رہے ہیں. اس موقع پر وہ آبدیدہ ہوگئے تھے، اور کہا کہ "میں اس قابل کہاں کہ قائد کی ٹوپی پہنوں". سیکریٹریِ ادارہ، مرزا شہریار ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتے دکھائی دے سکتے ہیں.
آج نو سال بعد اللہ نے انہیں یہ ٹوپی پہننے، افکارِ قائد پر عمل کرنے، اور ملک کو مستحکم بنانے کا موقع عطا کر دیا ہے. اللہ انہیں یہ توفیق عطا فرمائے اور کامیاب کرے.
