Here are the few tips for the people who are struggling to conceive✨
Record menstrual cycle frequency.
Monitor ovulation
(signs of ovulation: sustained basal body temperature,breast tenderness,cervical mucous thickening etc)
Try to have a healthy body weight.
(Being an overweight decreases the possibility to conceive two times and being a thin person decreases it to 4 times)
Take a prenatal vitamin. (B-complex and folic acid)
Eat healthy foods.
Avoid strenuous exercises
(it does not mean to decrease the physical activity or have bed rest)
Have coitus every other day during a fertile window .
(The "fertile window" spans a six-day interval, the five days prior to ovulation and the day of it)
Be aware of age-related fertility declines.
