Dar Al Dawa Medical Center is currently hiring a skilled and reliable OT Technician to support our surgical team. If you have experience in operation theatre protocols and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and safety, we encourage you to apply.
✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔰 Prepare operating rooms before surgeries and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
🔰 Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures
🔰 Maintain cleanliness and infection control within the OT environment
🔰 Monitor and manage OT equipment and supplies
🔰 Ensure adherence to surgical protocols and safety standards
🩺 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Degree/Diploma/Certification in Operation Theatre Technology
✅ Preferably 2–3 years of experience in a hospital or surgical setting
✅ Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
