Especially in Ramadan, When We suddenly increase intake of lentils/pulses/beans/fruit salads, We get bloated.
So gradually increase your fiber intake to avoid bloating and gas.
Increase your water intake.
Limit fried items. When we eat fried items more and more, Oye stomach has to work harder to digest it so more gas is produced after digestion. So avoid or limit your fried items intake.

Organ meat is packed with many nutrients but it is not good for everyone.
Organ meat includes Brain, heart, bones, ski n, kidneys, liver, tongue,intestines etc.
It is a good source of iron, B6, B12, Selenium, Magnesiums, Zinc and water soluble vitamins such as Vit. A, D, E and K.
Beef heart and kidneys also have alpha lipoic acid which is very beneficial for neuropathy.
It is packed with proteins having high biological value.
Children should stick to smaller amounts than adults because they need less iron.
If you're pregnant, It's a good idea to avoid organ meat.
