Uncontrolled sugar levels can lead to two common types of cataracts:
1️⃣ Kala Motia (Black Cataract)
2️⃣ Safeed Motia (White Cataract)
These conditions occur due to damage caused by high blood sugar over time, and they can lead to blurred vision, difficulty seeing at night, and ultimately vision loss if left untreated.
