Anger is one of the most common human emotions — we all experience it. But when it remains unchecked or suppressed, it can spill over into aggression, harm relationships, and even impact our physical and emotional health.

🔍 Why does anger happen?
Often, anger is not the primary emotion. It can be a mask for feelings of fear, hurt, guilt, disappointment, or frustration. Recognizing these underlying emotions is the first step toward healthier management.

💡 What happens if anger is ignored?
Unexpressed anger doesn’t disappear. It can turn into passive-aggressive behavior, resentment, or even physical symptoms like headaches, muscle tension, and sleep problems.

Not all love is healthy love. Some relationships drain us, break our self-worth, and keep us stuck in cycles of hurt. These are toxic relationships — and awareness is the first step to freedom. 🌿

💔 What is a Toxic Relationship?
A toxic relationship is one where negativity, control, and disrespect outweigh support, safety, and growth.
🚩Red flags include constant criticism, manipulation or guilt-tripping, lack of trust, dishonesty, and the draining feeling of never being “enough.”
🔥 Toxic actions often show up as silent treatment, emotional neglect, gaslighting, jealousy, possessiveness, or isolation — all of which slowly chip away at self-worth and peace of mind.

🌿 How to Get Out:
- Recognize the cycle of toxicity
- Build self-worth & seek safe support
- Create a clear exit plan (emotionally + practically)
- Therapy can help untangle the trauma bonds

🛑 Boundaries are Key:
Boundaries protect your peace. Saying no without guilt, limiting access to your energy, and demanding respect are acts of self-love.

💚 Healthy vs. Toxic Love:
Healthy love = respect, trust, communication, growth.
Toxic love = control, fear, manipulation, pain.

The symbol butterfly symbolizes freedom, beauty, hope and change. And so does my page; Teen Therapy Wellness. The core services provided by our psychologists revolved around the importance of mental health in our daily lives when individuals share their personal experiences and learn from them in order to move towards a better future.

It is so important for each one of us to flourish, grow and develop a strong sense of self in this chaotic world. With a pressure of this messed up society and the generation that we are a part of, it seems like one hell of a work instead it should be an essential and a basic need in every child for a better future

This page is created to help every individual who is suffering due to the fixations of their lives and they feel they don’t know how to cope up with their experiences. Main purpose behind this initiative is to help each other to speak up and boost confidence in them.
