Case: *Frozen shoulder* (adhesive capsulitis). Above image demonstrating restricted shoulder range of motion initially (top image), where the arm is limited in abduction and external rotation. After 3 days of intervention and physical therapy treatment (bottom image), the patient shows improved shoulder elevation and function, indicating a gain in range of motion.
Hence proved, *Physical therapy* plays a crucial role in managing frozen shoulder by:
- Restoring mobility through targeted exercises and mobilizations.
- Reducing pain and inflammation.
- Guiding progressive rehabilitation to prevent recurrence.
- Enhancing functional independence and quality of life.
