We are pleased to share that Dr. Amna Zia represented our department and Pakistan, internationally at the 3rd International Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences Conference (RASCON-25) held at Istanbul Aydın University, Türkiye.

She presented her research titled:
“Bone Health Beyond Medication: A Systematic Review of Non-Pharmacological Interventions to Improve Bone Mineral Density in Postmenopausal Women.”
The study aligns with major global priorities under SDG 3, SDG 5, and SDG 10, emphasizing sustainable and evidence-based approaches to women’s health.
RASCON-25 brought together delegates from over 70 institutions worldwide, creating valuable opportunities for global research collaborations in rehabilitation sciences.

The Department proudly acknowledges and appreciates Dr. Amna’s exceptional achievement.
Her dedication is an inspiration for our faculty and students, and a milestone for physiotherapy education in Pakistan.

🎓 HEC Scholarship Interviews –2025

Under focal person Dr. Saleem Nawaz,
the Department conducted scholarship interviews for the newly admitted first-year students. The session was held to assess academic potential, dedication, and eligibility for financial support, by Government of Punjab.

Faculty members engaged with the students in an interactive environment to understand their aspirations, needs, and commitment toward their academic journey.
