*Formal Report to the President, Young Doctors Association (YDA) Punjab*

*Subject: Investigation Report on the Leak of Confidential Screenshots and Malicious Use*

Dear Honorable President,

This is to formally report the findings of the investigation committee constituted to probe the leak of confidential WhatsApp and Facebook screenshots of the Young Doctors Association (YDA) Punjab. The investigation has revealed a serious breach of trust and professional ethics, which has been thoroughly examined and documented.

*Background:*

The issue pertains to the controversy surrounding the protocol provided to the mother-in-law of Mr. Navid Aslam Lodi, which led to the suspension of two lady doctors and the subsequent termination of four young doctors. During the course of events, confidential screenshots from the YDA's WhatsApp and Facebook groups were leaked to Mr. Navid Aslam Lodi.

*Investigation Findings:*
The Committee conducted detailed deliberations on allegations against Dr. Kashif. All relevant evidence (audio/video recordings) was reviewed, and a question-answer session was held to further examine the matter. The Committee verified the authenticity of this evidence and cross-referenced it with relevant YDA member.
Upon investigation, Dr Kashif point of view is that all these audios and videos are AI generated and I am not technology friendly person. may be they have taken my mobile and send this to anyone plus he also added that I have no involvement in termination of these people . Further he added that hamza was in contact with YDA sahiwal & they recorded all calls of hamza and they were in contact with ministers of sahiwal so they sent recording to them and ministers brought these audios to secretary which lead to their termination.

After conducting a detailed inquiry, the investigation committee has found that:

1. The screenshots were made from the mobile phone of Dr. Kashif.
2. However, further probe revealed that the screenshots were sent out of context and altered to the higher authorities by Dr. Shabbir Chaudhry motivated by personal vendetta and enmity towards the President of the Young Doctors Association, Jinnah Hospital.

*Conclusion and Recommendations:*

The investigation committee strongly condemns the actions of Dr. Shabbir Chaudhry, which not only compromised the confidentiality of the YDA's internal communications but also demonstrated a blatant disregard for professional ethics. The committee recommends that appropriate action be taken against him for his role in this matter by Consensus of General Council.

In light of the investigation findings, we request that you take immediate action to address this matter and ensure that the responsible people are held accountable. We also request that you take necessary steps to prevent similar incidents in the future and maintain the integrity of the YDA Punjab.

Press Release Young Doctors Association Punjab,

Today Dated 23rd July 2025, The Young Doctors Association Punjab held a press conference in Jinnah Hospital LHR against the injustice victimisation & politicising the hospitals of Punjab,

The corrupt and VIP culture has become a burden for the health sector.
After suspending two lady doctors at Sahiwal Hospital for not providing pillows to Navid Aslam Lodi's mother in law and Ayesha Aslam Lodi's mother in the emergency ultrasound room, four more doctors were terminated for allegedly running a social media campaign.

Those terminated include Dr. Hamza Nazir, President of Jinnah Hospital, Dr. Ahmad Gujjar, President of Mayo Hospital, Dr. Mudassir Malik, and Dr. Fahad.

Navid Aslam Lodi, allegedly the ringleader of a mafia of contractors and storekeepers in the hospital, orchestrated this drama as a conspiracy against MS Dr. Yadullah. Dr. Yadullah had previously clamped down on Navid Aslam Lodi's mafia in the hospital.

In a pre-planned action, Navid Aslam Lodi's mother was taken to the ultrasound room, where patients were pushed aside, and her ultrasound was done. The table sheet was changed at her request. However, Ayesha Navid Lodi fabricated a story about the lack of pillows in the ultrasound room and got two young lady doctors suspended.
For raising their voices on social media, Navid Aslam Lodi, with the support of other MPA members, got four more doctors terminated.

The secretary health Mr Azmat Mahmood did not hold any formal inquiry against the said doctors.
He terminated the young doctors just to please the member parliaments .

We demand to restore all the young doctors immediately, otherwise the YDA Punjab will hold a protest against the illegal and unethical decision of department of health.
