Recovering from Chronic Fatigue, Leucorrhoea, Migraines & Sleep Deprivation – Feedback

Assalamu Alaikum, Dr Hussain Kaisrani Sb,

I am writing this once again; to monitor my progress, to pay tribute to your consistent efforts, and in the hope that it may one day help someone in need.

Overall Experience

I feel extremely positive about my treatment and the progress I have made. The overall management has been effective, well-structured, and carefully monitored.
There is a growing sense of hope within me — hope for a full recovery and for a healthier, more balanced life.
When I compare my condition from the very first day to where I stand today, the improvement is truly remarkable.

Physical Health Improvements
Over the past month, I have witnessed a significant improvement in my physical health. Initially, I suffered from the following conditions:

Leucorrhoea
Palpitations
Nightmares and severe sleep deprivation
Lethargy and weakness
Numbness and dizziness
Nausea and vomiting
Migraines and headaches
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)

Today, almost all of these symptoms have eased significantly. The only lingering issue is the occasional tremors, which have remained stable for the past two days. Thankfully, even when they do occur, the prescribed medication helps manage them effectively.

My Recovery Journey – A Story of Progress and Hope - FEEDBACK

Overall Experience

I feel very positive about my treatment and the progress I have made.

The overall management has been effective and well-structured.

I feel hopeful about achieving full recovery.

Comparing my condition from day one to today, the improvement is remarkable.

Physical Health Improvements

Over the past month, my health has improved significantly. Initially, I experienced:

Leucorrhoea

Palpitations

Dizziness

Lethargy and weakness

Numbness

Severe sleep deprivation

Nausea and vomiting

Migraines and headaches

Fatigue

Now, almost all of these symptoms have eased. The only lingering issue is occasional tremors, which have remained stable for the past two days. Even when they occur, my prescribed medication helps manage them effectively.

Sleep – A Major Breakthrough

Sleep was one of my biggest challenges, but the improvement has exceeded my expectations:

Over 20 nights of normal sleep in a month – something I never thought possible.

Only 7 to 8 nights with mild sleep disturbances.

Just two sleepless nights – a significant improvement.

Nightmares have completely disappeared. I used to wake up multiple times, sometimes even falling out of bed, but now I sleep peacefully.

Other Health Improvements

Leucorrhoea has improved by 90%.

Other symptoms occur occasionally but are no longer disruptive.

Minor Setback

I had two episodes of diarrhoea this month, but both resolved naturally without medical intervention.
