30 years old female patient with Generalized Defective Enamel Formation (likely Hypocalcification type of *Amelogenesis Imperfecta*). The patient was treated on 03 posterior quadrants including the:
* Extractions
* Periodontal Management
* RCTs
* Buildups
* PFM Bridges

Anterior teeth and left lower side were restored 4 years ago with Zirconia and PFM bridges respectively

64 years old male patient from abroad ✈️✈️✈️ with missing and painful teeth in all four posterior quadrants.

The patient was not suitable for implants due to his medical history, severe bone loss (horizontal and vertical), involvement of Maxillary Sinuses and Inferior Alveolar Nerve.

Patient was not willing for removable prosthesis.

So the procedures performed were:

Surgical Extraction of impacted wisdom tooth with curved (dilacerated) roots

22 years male pt with impacted left lower wisdom tooth 🦷🦷🦷having high difficulty index due to:

* Horizontal Angulation
* Completely buried in the bone
* 2 separate roots
* Curved root (Dilaceration)
* Involvement of ID canal
* Ramus of the mandible covered more than 2/3 of the tooth

ALHAMDULILLAH patient is very comfortable 3 hours after the surgery with all the sensations intact.
