I had the privilege of attending a workshop as a guest speaker at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Sub-Campus, where I discussed the topic 'Beyond Conventional Diets: Probiotics, Nutrition, and Functional Foods as Complementary Strategies'.

The workshop provided a platform for participants to explore the importance of nutrition and diet in maintaining overall health and well-being. My presentation focused on the benefits of moving beyond conventional diets and incorporating probiotics, nutrition, and functional foods as complementary strategies to support immune function, gut health, and chronic disease prevention.

The interactive session allowed for engaging discussions and Q&A, providing valuable insights into the practical applications of these concepts. I appreciated the opportunity to share my expertise with the participants and look forward to future collaborations.
