Upper blephroplasty results just 1 week apart in a 56 year old gentleman.

Some mild swelling is still present which will go away in a week, further improving an alreadt great result!

Also visible is a very fine scar, thanks to subcutaneous sutures and using only the highest quality fine sutures.

The minimal scarring will be completely gone in 2 months at most.

Procedure completely done under local anesthesia.

Crooked nose rhinoplasty!

This gentleman, came all the way from Saufi Arabia to us with complains of a deviated (crooked) nose.

An open approach septo rhinoplasty was performed to straighten the nose and give a more balanced symetrical apperance.

This gentleman presented with a dorsul hump, that gave an impression of a long nose.

His nose tip was also bulky for his face.

An open approach septo rhinoplasty was performed, removing his hump, and redefining his tip to a more narrower profile.

A rhinoplasty tip work, done to perfection! Mashallah.

This young lady presented with a broad tip of her nose, often called 'boxy' tip.

Additionaly, she had a broad (wide) bony base.

A meticulous tip work was done, to reduce the boxy and bulbous appearance of her tip and give her a more feminine pointy nose.

Broad bony base was reduced with osteotomies (bone work) to make the overall nose thinner and with beautiful dorsal aesthetic lines.
