Daily Habits to Keep Your Spine Healthy 🌀
Your spine supports your whole body, so keeping it healthy is essential. Here are some daily habits and simple physiotherapy-approved exercises from Gilani Pain Relief Center, Mian Channu:

✅ Maintain Good Posture – Sit upright, avoid slouching, and keep your screen at eye level.
✅ Take Movement Breaks – Every hour, stand and stretch for 2–3 minutes. Try: Cat-Cow Stretch or Standing Side Bends.

گردن کا درد آپ کو سست کر رہا ہے؟ 😩 سروائیکل پین کو اپنی زندگی پر حاوی نہ ہونے دیں۔ گیلانی پین ریلیف سینٹر میں، ہم اپنے مریضوں کو درد سے بچاؤ اور اس کے انتظام کے بارے میں معلومات فراہم کرنے پر یقین رکھتے ہیں۔

اپنی گردن کی دیکھ بھال کے لیے چند آسان تجاویز یہ ہیں:

اچھی پوزیشن برقرار رکھیں: بیٹھتے یا کھڑے ہوتے وقت اپنے سر کو ریڑھ کی ہڈی کے بالکل اوپر رکھیں۔

باقاعدہ وقفے لیں: اگر آپ ڈیسک پر کام کر رہے ہیں، تو ہر 30 منٹ بعد کھڑے ہوں اور کھینچاؤ (stretch) کریں۔

DOs:

Keep your phone at eye level.
