Almost 2 years ago this young lady came to my clinic with complaint of pain and swelling in hypogastrium. On CT scan there were huge mass in uterus & cervix with benign features . Patient was very cautious as she visited many doctors they counseled her for hysterectomy. On exploration there were huge mass involved whole of the cervix and lower part of uterus. I removed this complex mass and preserved her Cervix & Uterus according to my patient demand as she have no child and want to conceive. On biopsy report it was benign Fibroid Uterus.
Today she visited again, Alhamdulillah she is quite healthy and having 5months pregnancy.
