70 years old male patient know case of TVCAD , HFrEF(EF 30), surgicaly down due to some financial issues , presented with inferno posterior wall MI , with killip class 4 , previous angio reviewed showing LAD proximal total, RCA mid total , LCX and OM showing severe disease , shifted to Cath after taking high risk consent , Fix LCX and OM , alhamdullilah patient came out from killip 4 to 1 ,after 24 hours and discharged home after 48 hours .

This 55 years old female known case of HTN and Diabetes ,presented with left lower finger gangrene , peripheral angiography and balloon angioplasty Done to anterior tibial and posterior tibial artery , .

This was angio of 38 years old male s/p PCI to LAD, RCA CTO lesion, RCA was attempted one month back , but was unsuccessful, patient was suffering class 3 angian , despite OMT .
