I happened to get encountered with a 71 year old patient, had a sweet little talk with him and this one advice he gave me, got stuck in my head;
•That there are 3 things one should know in order to be succeeded in life.
1) *TO KNOW IS TO KNOW THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING, THAT IS THE TRUE KNOWLEDGE*
-a quote by socrates says, a person who’s knowledgeable never claims that he/she knows everything, there are different perspectives that exist, knowledge is transitional, we are always learning.

2) *DON’T BE RIGID, BE MOULDABLE*.
-Adjust your plans, adapt to the challenges that life throws at you. Accept everyone instead of expecting and keep molding yourself into a better version.

3) *TRY/HOPE FOR THE BEST BUT BE PREPARED/WAIT FOR THE WORST*.
- Be optimistic, but be ready for the hard times aswell cause not everything can go as per your plans or as how you had hoped for it. Acknowledge your emotions, feel them and heal. Keep learning from your experiences and not get dwelled onto your past or negative thoughts, keep moving on and do you, always.

Also, there you go with the dream team. 😜 had the most amazing time learning and working under such hardworking, genuine and down to earth doctors. OT days are a BIG MISS and not to forget me being unconscious on my first day in there. 😂😫roo__
