‎After a month of discipline and devotion, the joy of Eid is finally here! While we all love a good Eid dawat, remember that your body is still adjusting from a month of fasting.

‎This Eid, let’s celebrate with mindfulness. Don't let one day of overindulgence undo all the hard work you put into your health during Ramadan.
