A 59 years female present with complaint of Cholecysto-colonic fistula, CHD stricture, cholangitis. The plan is ERCP + Stenting on examination Ampulla without bile flow seen, CBD cannulated, guidewire advanced in RASD, tight stricture involving the CHD with upstream biliary dilatation seen on cholangiogram, contrast opacified gall bladder, hepatic flexure and ascending colon, a lot of stools evacuated after 12-15 mm balloon trawl, 10mm x 80mm PCSEMS deployed in LHD, another 10mm x 80mm PCSEMS deployed in RHD, good drainage of contrast observed, no passage of f***l matter observed after stenting. Conclusion: Cholecysto-colonic fistula, CHD stricture, f***s passage through the ampulla. 🤝💊👍
