سال 18 کی لڑکی حیض شروع نہ ہونے اور بلوغت کی نشوونما میں کمی کی علامات کے ساتھ میرے کلینک میں آئی۔

ٹیسٹ کے نتائج درج ذیل تھے۔
ایم آر آئی میں چھوٹے سائز کا بچہ دانی اور اینڈی دانی دکھائی گئی۔
ہارمونل ٹیسٹ کے نتائج
دماغ میں پٹیوٹری غدود سے ہارمونز کی پیداوار کی کمی کو ظاہر کیا۔

میں نے مریض کو بلوغت انڈکشن تھراپی پر شروع کیا۔

اس مریض سے سیکھنے کی بات یہ ہے کہ اگر کسی لڑکی کو 14-15 سال کی عمر میں ماہواری شروع نہیں ہوتی ہے تو برائے مہربانی تشخیص اور علاج کے لیے اینڈو کرائنولوجسٹ سے رجوع کریں۔

نئی شروع ہونے والی ذیابیطس لبلبے کے کینسر کی ابتدائی علامت ہو سکتی ہے۔ یہ ہے میرے 60 سال کے مریض کی کہانی۔ مریض نے 3 ماہ میں 11-12 کلو وزن میں کمی، بھوک میں کمی اور پیٹ میں درد کی علامات کے ساتھ میرے کلینک کا دورہ کیا۔ ٹیسٹوں میں لبلبہ کا 34×32×31 ملی میٹر کینسر ظاہر ہوا۔ میں نے مریض کو انسولین پر شروع کیا (کیونکہ سی پیپٹائڈ ٹیسٹ میں انسولین کی کمی ظاہر ہوئی) اور مریض کو کینسر کے ماہر کے پاس بھیج دیا۔ سیکھنے کا نقطہ یہ ہے کہ اگر مریض عام بیماری کے ساتھ آپ کے کلینک کا دورہ کرتا ہے لیکن غیر معمولی علامات کے ساتھ، آپ کو متبادل تشخیص کے بارے میں سوچنا چاہیے۔

35-year-old male with a history of primary infertility secondary to low s***m counts and s***m quality for 8 years visited many specialities for treatment and underwent a lot of psychological, social, and financial pressures but in vain

Alhamdulilah, after presenting to our endocrine clinic & getting treated for three months, there is marked improvement in semen parameters.

S***m counts improved from 7 million to 114 (normal counts are according to WHO 39 million/ml), S***m motility improved from 3% to 35% (normal is 32% according to WHO).

That's the power of choosing the right speciality for the right diagnosis and the right treatment timely.
