‏بہت زیادہ پانی پئیں
‏نرم غذا کھائیں اور سخت اور مرچ مصالحہ والی چیزوں سے پرہیز کریں۔
‏سگریٹ نوشی اور کسی بھی قسم کی تمباکو نوشی سے پرہیز کریں
‏نیم گرم پانی میں نمک ڈال کے غرارے کریں
